Photo/Video License Agreement for Commercial Usage

This agreement grants to ________________ (hereinafter referred as the '___________') located

for ADVERTISING and other COMMERCIAL purposes FashionStock.com permit
to use pictures for '_______________________________________________________________' without
any restriction as to area distribution, quantities, image changes, cropping or distortion,

You must seek an additional license for any other or FUTURE uses (after 1 year period) for those images.
Please note: this is NOT a work for hire agreement. FashionStock.com Photographers/Videographers
(hereinafter referred as the "FashionStock.com") retain ALL copyrights and publishing rights to the images/videos.
